Built by a teacher who gets results
Hi, I'm Henry — a Biology & Science Teacher with over 7 years of experience and the founder of H1 Biology Grinds. I teach every single live lesson and personally create all of the notes, so you're learning directly from someone who knows the course inside out and cares about your result.
H1 Biology Grinds was created to give every Leaving Cert student access to clear, confidence-building Biology support — no matter where they live or what school they attend. Our live grinds, notes and community are designed around one goal: helping you walk into the exam hall knowing you can hit that H1.
H1-focused teaching
Every lesson is built around the marking scheme, so you learn exactly what earns marks.
Student-first approach
Small live classes and a supportive community mean your questions always get answered.
Experienced tutor
Years of helping Leaving Cert students turn Biology from a worry into a strength.
What students say
Real feedback from students using H1 Biology Hub.
“I went from struggling with Genetics to genuinely understanding it. The live grinds break everything down and the notes are brilliant for revision.”
Sarah M.

“Being able to rewatch the recordings before exams was a game changer. H1 Biology Hub really helped me aim for top marks.”
Emma L.
6th Year, Dublin
“Excellent teacher with well developed content in his grinds. Much cheaper than face to face grinds and easier for students to ask questions. Well prepared notes that students can revise later. Highly recommend to others. Thanks Henry.”
